We are located in Leepa Village — the central point and heart of all 36 villages of Leepa Valley, District Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. Jeeps from Reshian drop you minutes from our door, and every famous attraction of the valley is within easy reach.
Travel from Islamabad or Muzaffarabad via Naily (Neeli) to Reshian — the gateway of the valley at 1,674m. From Reshian, the famous local jeeps bring you about 38 km down into the valley to Leepa Village. The road via Reshian Gali (3,200m) is open from May to November.

May to October is ideal — lush green terraces, pleasant days (15–25°C) and cool nights. Autumn brings golden chinar colors, while winter covers the valley in heavy snow (the Reshian road closes).
